Contributions are voluntary and not a condition of employment. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
For in-kind contributions valued at $200 or more per election cycle, we are required to collect and report your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer information per FEC regulations and South Dakota campaign finance law (SDCL 12-27). Records are retained for seven years.
Your information will be used only to acknowledge your contribution and coordinate volunteer or talent opportunities. We will not sell or share your information except as required by law.

No. People Over Party SD is a political action committee (PAC). Contributions to PACs are not tax-deductible under IRS rules.

South Dakota does not impose contribution limits on PAC donations. You may give any amount you choose.

100% of contributions fund local operations — community forums, candidate outreach, voter education, and event logistics. We have no paid national staff and no DC office.

South Dakota requires PACs to report the name and address of any individual who contributes $100 or more in a calendar year. Contributions under $100 are not individually reported.
